Shipping policy

1. International Shipping Service

Shipping Areas and Times

We offer free and trackable international shipping. Estimated delivery times for different regions are as follows (calculated from the order shipment date):

United States and Canada: 10-12 days

Australia and New Zealand: 7-12 days

Europe: 7-12 days

Latin America and Africa: 10-15 days

Other countries/regions: 10-15 days

Peak season (e.g., holidays): 10-15 days

Special Notes:

Delivery times to remote areas may be longer, but we will do our best to ensure delivery;

Due to customs procedures, delivery service may not be available in some countries/regions;

Shipping is not available to the following regions sanctioned by the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC): the Balkans, Belarus, Myanmar, Côte d'Ivoire, Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, and Zimbabwe.

Shipping Delay Notification

Please understand that delivery times may exceed expectations due to incorrect shipping addresses, inclement weather, strict customs clearance procedures, or other force majeure events. Import Fees

Product prices and shipping costs do not include import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

2. Order Processing Rules

Order Confirmation

After payment is completed, we will send an order confirmation email to your registered email address. Upon receiving the email, we will begin processing your order.

Processing Time

Normal processing time: 1-3 business days (including product inspection, packaging, and delivery to the post office);

After processing is complete, we will send the tracking number via email;

Time Limit: If you place an order after 11:45 PM (Central Standard Time) on Friday or on the weekend (Saturday and Sunday), the order will be processed the following week.

3. Payment Instructions

All orders must be paid in full in US dollars at the time of purchase;

If you pay in local currency, the currency exchange will be handled by your bank and converted according to their exchange rate.

4. Partial Shipment Instructions

If your order contains multiple items, due to warehouse location or inventory differences, we may ship in batches to shorten your delivery time. When shipping in batches, we will provide multiple corresponding tracking numbers, so you may receive the goods in separate shipments.

V. Order Cancellation and Modification

Application Time Limit

Applications submitted more than 24 hours after placing the order cannot be guaranteed to be processed, as the order will enter an expedited processing flow.
